But this is set against a lack of organisational and sector support, with individual enthusiasm running ahead of governance, training and infrastructure. It’s perhaps unsurprising then, that ‘shadow AI’ is seemingly prevalent. And data privacy remains high on the collective agenda, being cited as both the biggest organisational adoption blocker and the most pressing individual support need.”
